Our cottages are single storey with no steps at the entrances, there is just a slight lip on the threshold. There are two steps up at the entrances to the guest utility room and art room.

Guests can park outside their accommodation to unload their cars easily and the parking is very close to the cottages.

Please inform us of any specific requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate, ensuring everyone can enjoy a memorable and welcoming experience.

On-site parking is provided for each cottage on the provision. If you have more than one car please contact us and we will arrange for extra space for you to park.

Check-in and Check-out times. Guests must check in and check out as follows, Check in after 3.30 pm on the day of arrival (an earlier check-in is only by approval of the owners on request).

Check-out is by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Guests are asked to leave their lodge clean and tidy and to dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins in the recycling area.

We have very reliable high speed fibreoptic WiFi in all of the accommodation.

The kitchens are fully stocked with all the utensils you need.

Cafetiere, teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, corkscrew, garlic press, peeler, measuring cup, spatulas and spoons, tongs, scissors, juicer, scales , chopping boards, grater, saucepans, colander, sieve, chopsticks, mixing bowl, baking and roasting tins and steamer. The three bedroom cottages have a fridge freezer each, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The one bedroom cottages have a fridge with a small freezer compertment..there is a chest freezer for you to use in the guest utility room and washing machines, tumble dryers, airers , ironing boards and irons.

We also supply olive oil, salt and pepper, smoked paprika, mixed herbs, cinammon and ginger, coffee for the cafetiere, sugar and a selection of teas.

We are within easy reach of Exmoor and the south west coast path, perfectly situated for exploring the moor, woodland walks of Exmoor and the salt path. You can drive a short distance to access many stunning walks for all abilities or walk from Moor and Sea to the coast path and Exmoor.

We provide local maps in each of the cottages and are on hand if you would like any reccommendations.

Lynton and Lynmouth have a good selection of pubs and restaurants. There are also some lovely independent shops to explore.
