Moor and Sea Holidays Five day Art Retreat on Exmoor Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promoter

This competition is organised and promoted by Moor and Sea Holidays, Dean Steep, Barbrook, Lynton, Devon, EX35 6JS.

2. The Competition

This competition is run via the @moorandseaholidays Instagram account. By entering, participants agree to bebound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except:

• Employees of Moor and Sea Holidays and their immediate family members.

• Anyone who has won a prize from Moor and Sea Holidays within the previous 12 months.

 

Participants must have a valid Instagram account and be the account holder. Entries made using fake, duplicate, or automated accounts will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all three steps below during the competition period:

• Follow the @moorandseaholidays Instagram account.

• Like the competition post.

• Tag at least one friend in the comments of the competition post.Each comment tagging a different friend counts as one separate entry.

• Follow @tworiverspaper for an extra entry

Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments. Tagging multiple friends in a single comment counts as one entry only. Participants must not tag the same person more than once.

 

5. Competition Period

The competition opens on 18/07/2026 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on 25/07/2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

 

6. The Prize

One prize will be awarded, consisting of:

• Six nights' accommodation for one person at Moor and Sea Holidays, Lynton, Devon.

• Daily guided art sessions .

• Guided walks on Exmoor.

• All art retreat experiences and food ( those included in the normal art retreat)

 

Total prize value: approximately £1175.

The prize is subject to availability and must be taken on 30/09/2026 . The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as a cash alternative.Travel to and from Moor and Sea Holidays is not included. Any costs not explicitly stated above are the winner's responsibility

 

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verified random comment-picker tool, within five working days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter and the decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within five working days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If no response is received within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.

 

9. Winner Announcement

The winner's Instagram username will be announced on the @moorandseaholidays Instagram account. By entering, participants agree their username may be published in this way. The winner may also be asked, but not required, to provide a short quote or photograph for promotional purposes.

10. Data and PrivacyPersonal information collected in connection with this competition will be used solely to administer the competition and, where consent has been given separately, to send marketing communications. Data will beprocessed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter's Privacy Policy at moorandseaholidays.co.uk. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required to administer the prize.

 

11. General

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram orMeta.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this competition is final and binding. Nocorrespondence will be entered into.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• By entering, participants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
